• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
• Assist in job offers, onboarding requirements, and pre-employment documentation.
• Support recruitment events such as job fairs and campus hiring.

JOB QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (fresh graduates may be considered).
