Description

Responsible for operating the regional section of Xiaohongshu (RED), formulating strategies and plans based on platform characteristics.

• Primarily responsible for planning brand-specific regional operations.
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu’s traffic algorithm logic; collect and research online trending topics; produce content that integrates new media features with company products.
• Manage account nurturing, daily content maintenance, fan engagement, and topic generation for the Xiaohongshu account.
• Oversee daily Xiaohongshu store operations, Spotlight promotions, and data compilation and analysis.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong awareness of marketing promotion and media communication; solid writing skills and excellent verbal expression.
• Proficient in operating on Xiaohongshu and other new media channels.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; clear thinking, strong logical reasoning, and outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
