• Perform general administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data encoding, photocopying, scanning, and document preparation.
• Assist in the day-to-day office operations and provide all-around support to different departments as needed.
• Handle basic correspondence, including emails, phone calls, messages, and internal communications.
• Maintain and organize office records, files, and confidential documents.
• Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating office activities.
• Assist in processing administrative requests, reimbursements, and other office documentation.
• Perform liaison or messenger duties when required, including transactions with banks, government agencies, and external vendors.
• Translate documents, emails, and communications between English, Mandarin, and Filipino as required.
• Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to work.
• Assist supervisors and management with special projects and ad hoc tasks.
• Observe confidentiality of company records, employee information, and business matters at all times.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time in line with company operations.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a College Graduate of any business course.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in office or administrative work is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of office procedures and administrative functions.
• Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, email applications).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to perform all-around tasks and occasional fieldwork.
• Trustworthy, organized, flexible, and detail-oriented.
• Proficient in English, Filipino, and Chinese (both written and verbal) and able to translate effectively.
