Sales Associate

As a member of the Sales Team, you will have complete autonomy over your work and decision-making. This role is ideal for a customer-obsessed professional with strong communication skills who thrives on new daily challenges and analytical problem-solving in high-pressure situations.


Your Role

You will acquire new accounts for US clients by conducting outbound calls, gathering information for job creation, and leading business negotiations to win orders. You will also collaborate with the Marketing & Sales team to develop strategies for lead generation and client engagement.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to prospective clients and accounts to generate new business.
  • Communicating with clients, responding to inquiries, and following up on leads.
  • Collecting client information necessary for job creation.


Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in B2B sales; background in staffing, job boards, medical/dental, or SaaS preferred.
  • Communication: Fluent in written and verbal English with a neutral accent for US-based clients.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and the ability to create documents/manuals.
  • Technical: Proficient in high-volume outbound calls; familiar with CRMs (e.g., Kintone).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Pay: Php 17,000.00 – Php 47,000.00 per month
  • Incentives: * Essentials Incentive: Behavior-based (probationary period).
  • Sales Incentive: Performance-based (KPI-driven).
  • Performance Reviews: Bi-annual (June/December) with potential salary increases every six months.
  • Leave: 24 days total (12 Vacation/12 Sick); up to 10 unused credits convertible annually.
  • Health & Government: HMO (Etiqa) for employee + 2 dependents from Day 1; SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and 13th-month pay.
  • Night Differential: 10% for US shifts.
