Duties and Responsibilities

-Design and deliver graphic layouts and short-form videos based on assigned daily and weekly quotas to meet posting and campaign requirements.

-Create product information materials ( description, introduction, photos, packaging, visual and  related products, and layouts/videos) to ensure Sales has accurate reference guides for client inquiries.

-Maintain and update the sales infographic directory to ensure Sales has organized and accessible materials for customer assistance.

-Manage assigned Facebook pages and posting schedules by completing daily posting quotas and ensuring consistent timely content publication.

-Develop and submit a monthly posting template for approval to standardize visual style and guide all postings for the month.

-Produce recurring promotional materials (e.g., Item of the Week) within approved quality and timeline standards to support ongoing marketing initiatives.

-Revise and finalize creative outputs based on feedback to ensure accuracy, brand compliance, and approval readiness

-Perform other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Specifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or related field.

-At least 1 year experience in graphic design or content creation.

-Proficient in design and basic video editing tools

-Experience creating content for Facebook and TikTok.

-Strong time management skills with the ability to meet weekly output targets.

-Detail-oriented and receptive to creative direction and revisions.
