Job Description

1. Lead and manage the Philippine team, developing and executing strategic business development plans.

2. Oversee and optimize the fresh fruit supply chain to enhance sales performance and operational efficiency.

3. Expand local market reach and build international client relationships.

4. Ensure effective collaboration and communication between Chinese and Philippine teams.

5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular business reports to the headquarters.

Qualifications

6. Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.

7. At least 8 years of management experience in FMCG or fresh produce industries, including 2+ years leading cross-border or multinational teams.

8. Fluency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written) — mandatory.

9. Strong knowledge of the Philippine market and relevant import/export regulations related to fresh fruit.

10. Proven leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and organizational levels.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Philippine Time)

• Includes a 1-hour lunch break

• Occasional flexibility required for meetings with international teams. Remote work may be arranged depending on business needs.
