JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree
• CPA and MBA is a big advantage
• With 5 to 10 years of experience
• With experience in different types of accounting software
• Knowledgeable in end-to-end finance processes on Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead the digital transformation of finance operations to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Oversee end-to-end finance operations processes, including record-to-report, order-to-cash, and procure-to-pay.
• Ensure data integrity, system controls, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Lead project delivery for Finance module, overseeing application design, blueprinting, solutioning, modeling, and proof-of-concept development
• Drive automation and digital solutions for O2C, P2P, and R2R processes using RPA, workflow tools, and AI-enabled applications.
