- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and efficiency.
- Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Support back-office operations to enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years).
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language proficiency.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent customer service abilities.
- Skills and Competencies: Effective people skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with call center operations is a plus.
