About the role

We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated team at SAGILITY PHILIPPINES. This full-time role is based in Quezon City Metro Manila and offers a competitive salary package plus great benefits.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels via phone
• Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
• Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
• Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting process improvements
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to the overall success of the customer service department

What we're looking for

• College Graduate - no experience needed or Associate grad/ College level 2 yrs with 6 months customer related experience acquired from any industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and provide empathetic and effective support
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to handle a variety of customer enquiries
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes
• A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
