We are looking for a Japanese Bilingual Associate who is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and confident in written communication. In this role, you will provide non-voice support through email and chat, assisting customers in both Japanese and English with professionalism and accuracy.

This position is ideal for JLPT N1 or N2 passers or native Japanese speakers who are based in the Philippines and have a valid permanent visa. If you enjoy helping customers, writing clear and professional messages, and working in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in Japanese and English
• Write clear, polite, and business-appropriate email responses
• Ensure all customer interactions are properly documented
• Resolve concerns efficiently while following company processes
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless customer support
• Stay updated on products, services, and support guidelines
• Consistently meet quality standards and performance targets (KPIs)
• Adhere to company policies and maintain excellent service quality

What We’re Looking For

Language Requirements

• JLPT N1 or N2 passer, OR
• Native Japanese speaker with a valid permanent visa in the Philippines
• (e.g., 13A Visa or etc.)

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience in customer support (non-voice or voice)
• Background in email or chat support is highly preferred
• BPO or customer service experience is an advantage

Work Setup & Schedule

• On-site work in Shaw I.T Centre, Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong City
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
