Job Description KOL and Community Collaboration • Identify and engage influential KOLs, affiliated companies, and community leaders in the cryptocurrency space. • Establish and manage long-term partnerships to promote across social media, YouTube, Telegram, and other platforms. • Plan and execute influencer-driven campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive user acquisition. • Conduct community and project outreach to identify promising blockchain initiatives and Web3 developer communities, establishing deep collaborations. • Cultivate strong relationships with project teams, venture capital firms, and key industry stakeholders to build a leading platform. Strategic Partnerships and Alliances • Explore and establish partnerships with other blockchain platforms, DeFi protocols, NFT projects, and DAOs to expand the ecosystem. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to launch joint marketing campaigns, joint ventures, and industry events. • Stay abreast of industry trends and identify new business opportunities. Requirements • 1–3 years of business development, partnership, or marketing experience in the blockchain or fintech industry. • Established network of KOLs, influencers, developers, and blockchain projects. • Passion for Web3, DeFi, and RWA (Real-World Assets). • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills. • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Note: Candidates based in North America with relevant local resources are preferred. Compensation and Benefits • Salary: USD 2,000–4,000 plus project dividends • Remote work available
