Duties and Responsibilities

-Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) and marketing campaigns to deliver engaging, on-brand multimedia content.

-Collaborate with Graphic Artists to integrate graphics, layouts, and product data into video campaigns for consistent visual messaging.

-Develop promotional video materials such as Item of the Week, product highlights, tutorials, and campaign-specific videos within assigned quotas and timelines.

-Manage video content assets and directories to ensure accessibility, organization, and accurate referencing for Sales and Marketing teams.

-Revise and optimize video content based on feedback to ensure brand compliance, clarity, and engagement effectiveness.

-Assist in social media campaign planning by suggesting video concepts, formats, and scheduling to maximize audience reach and engagement.

-Maintain posting schedule of videos in coordination with Creative Specialist and Graphic Designer to meet daily, weekly, and campaign deadlines.

-Track video performance metrics and provide insights to the Creative Specialist to improve content quality and campaign results.
