Description

Responsible for providing technical support to all users for PC hardware, software, and associated peripherals. Maintain existing PCs and peripherals, perform upgrades, new installations, and routine procedures.

• To provide technical support to all users for all PC hardware, software and associated peripherals
• To maintain the existing PCs and peripherals to standards determined by the needs of the organization, by performing upgrades, new installations and carrying out routine procedures
• Prepare and print labels and brochures based on Material Requisition Slips
• Documents and files records of revised labels and brochures
• Responsible for working on layouts and arts-working pages, such as brochures, flyers, displays ads, and packaging ready for printing
• Contributes ideas, concepts, and design artworks to suit client needs
• Proofreads materials prior to printing
• Assists the I.T Officer in the printing of labels and technical brochures whenever necessary
• Regularly updating changes to layouts
• Illustrates concept by design rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related artistic concepts
• Communicate information visually by assembling components to create a visual design
• Distribute and control controlled documentation
• Responsible for monitoring the distribution & use of documents & records
• Submit/ collect paperwork/ monthly updates
• Validate document & approving authorities
• Perform evaluations and audits of the company regarding documentation
• Enter document identification codes
• Eliminate outdated or unnecessary materials
• Train staff members on the company’s procedures on document control & submission
• Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
