We are looking for an Engineer with a background in heavy equipment to drive new business, provide technical expertise, and deliver value-driven solutions to our clients.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and manage client accounts.
• Present technical products, prepare proposals, and conduct product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solutions meet customer specifications.
• Provide technical training and after-sales support to maintain strong client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or a related Engineering field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in technical selling, preferably within the heavy equipment industry.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
• Other: Must be able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles and is willing to travel for client meetings.

WORK SETUP & COMPENSATION

• Salary: ₱30,000.00 per month + Sales Commissions.
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday (8 AM – 6 PM), Friday (8 AM – 5 PM).
• Setup: Hybrid (Field/Onsite) with at least one weekly face-to-face meeting in the office.
• Contract: 1-year fixed-term (performance-based renewal or regularization).
