We're Hiring: Sourcing Specialist (Europe Focus)

Join our HR team and help identify and engage top talent across Europe. This role is ideal for someone with 2–3 years of experience in global candidate sourcing, highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in international candidate sourcing or recruitment, with exposure to multiple global markets.
• Prior experience sourcing or recruiting candidates in Europe, with knowledge of local hiring practices and talent pools, is highly desirable.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter, including advanced search techniques, Boolean strings, candidate outreach, and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with candidates from diverse cultural and professional backgrounds.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven, capable of managing multiple sourcing projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
• Comfortable working full-time, 9am–5pm Europe time, and collaborating effectively with a remote HR team.
• Full-time role, following Europe timezone
