Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with at least 5 years of US recruitment experience to manage full-cycle hiring for various roles. The ideal candidate has strong sourcing expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close roles efficiently while partnering with hiring managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based roles (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support)
• Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other creative sourcing channels
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and stakeholders
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in ATS
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring recommendations
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Meet or exceed hiring timelines and recruitment targets

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of US recruitment experience
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong sourcing and screening capabilities
• Experience working with ATS and recruitment tools
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills
• Results-driven and highly organized

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting across multiple industries
• Agency or RPO background is a plus
• Experience handling high-volume and niche roles
