Job Summary

The IT Supervisor oversees daily IT operations across retail branches and sister companies, ensuring system stability, security, and efficiency. The role includes supervising the IT team, providing hands-on technical support, and aligning IT initiatives with business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3–5 years of IT operations experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud services, networks, and end-user support
• Working knowledge of cybersecurity and data protection
• Experience supporting retail or multi-branch environments is an advantage
• Willing to work full onsite in Taguig City (near Arca South)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business and retail requirements
• Manage IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology adoption
• Oversee IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud systems, retail platforms)
• Supervise and support the IT team, including training and performance monitoring
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity policies and data protection measures
