About the Role

The IT Governance Associate reports to the IT Governance Manager and supports the implementation of IT and data governance policies, processes, and controls. The role contributes to compliance, IT risk management, and data quality initiatives to ensure alignment with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in a related role
• Proficiency in project management tools

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain IT and data governance policies, procedures, and standards
• Support compliance monitoring and reporting for IT operations and data management
• Assist in coordinating internal and external audits and preparing documentation
• Maintain records related to IT governance, risk, and data governance activities
• Track IT initiatives and data-related projects for governance alignment
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Compensation

• Basic salary: Php 20,000–23,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• Rice allowance: Php 1,500/month
• Transportation allowance: Php 150 per working day
