• Directly reports to NOC Lead
• Works with network Administrators, Database Administrators and System Administrators in resolving incidents filed and called in by the Site Leads.
• Assists the Administrators in Implementing new projects.
• Receives and replies to calls made by Site Leads and PCs.
• Preparation of necessary documents (i.e RDE, SI) required in executing change requests.
• Liaise with other teams (i.e Dev, Service Desk, TSG) in resolving incidents.
• Generates reports required by the Operations Manager in managing the day-to-day business operations.
• Performs all other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT or any Computer related courses.
• With At least 6 months of experience on the same field.
• Good communications Skills
