We are looking for a Media Buyer who not only excels in paid advertising but also has hands-on experience or a strong understanding of the trading industry (e.g., forex, stocks, or prop trading).

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently to achieve optimal ROI
• Conduct audience research and create targeted campaigns aligned with trader personas
• Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives
• Analyze performance metrics and deliver insightful reports with recommendations for improvement
• Stay updated with trends in both digital advertising and trading markets to apply data-driven strategies
• A/B test creatives, audiences, and landing pages for performance optimization
• Support marketing initiatives that promote trading programs, community growth, and brand awareness

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Media Buyer, Digital Marketer, or Performance Marketer
• Background or working knowledge in the trading/forex/prop firm industry is required
• Strong understanding of campaign tracking, analytics tools, and attribution models
• Proficiency in managing large advertising budgets and scaling successful campaigns
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM tools, affiliate tracking, or funnel optimization
• Familiarity with trading communities, trader psychology, and trading platforms
• Creative mindset with attention to detail in ad copy and visuals
