Position: Junior Accountant

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks and ensure accurate financial reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile financial transactions in compliance with company policies
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Collaborate with the finance team on audits and budgeting activities
• Perform data entry and analysis using Excel for reporting purposes

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience:
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
• Experience with QuickBooks preferred but not required
• Skills:
• Strong command of English communication (written and verbal)
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
