岗位说明：
1.系统的开发和实施
2.参与或负责团队技术方案的设计、审核和实施
3.性能调优、线上故障排查、系统重构
4.使用工程最佳实践编写高质量、干净且可维护的代码
岗位要求
1.4年以上后端服务开发经验
2.熟悉市场管理功能开发,包括交易币种管理、交易对管理、手续费管理
3.精通 Core Java、服务器端 Java 技术和 Spring 生态系统（Spring Boot/Cloud）
4.丰富的软件设计、架构、开发集成经验
5.扎实的事件处理模型、多线程、企业集成模式、Web 服务和 REST 知识
6.拥有活动/p2p经验者优先
