We are seeking motivated individuals to join a Japanese organization as a Japanese Language & Culture Teacher, responsible for training Filipino professionals who will eventually be deployed to work and train in Japan.

The school plays a key role in preparing Filipino trainees for employment with Japanese companies by providing intensive language education, cultural training, and business etiquette instruction. This position is ideal for fresh graduates and career shifters who wish to build a meaningful career in education while contributing to international workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

•Teach Japanese language, including conversation, grammar, and practical expressions, to Filipino trainees preparing for deployment to Japan

•Provide instruction on Japanese culture, workplace manners, and business etiquette

•Conduct lessons and explanations in English (the company’s internal working language)

•Support and mentor trainees to ensure readiness for work and life in Japan

【MUST】

• JLPT N3/ N2 or higher (certificate required)

• Able to conduct classes and explanations in English (business level)

• Prior teaching, training, tutoring, or mentoring experience (formal or informal)

• Strong interest in teaching Japanese language, culture, and workplace etiquette

• Willingness to guide Filipino trainees preparing for work and training in Japan

• High level of professionalism, reliability, and commitment

• Willing to commit to a minimum of three (3) years of employment
