The IT Staff (All-Around) is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for the school’s computers, printers, CCTV systems, and basic network infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain computers, laptops, and printers
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot CCTV systems and cameras
• Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and offices
• Perform basic network and internet troubleshooting
• Maintain IT equipment and CCTV inventory and documentation
• Coordinate with service providers for complex IT and CCTV issues

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational training in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field
• Experience in computer, printer, and CCTV installation and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of hardware, software, basic networking, and CCTV systems
• Able to work independently and handle multiple technical concerns
• Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and service-oriented
