Description
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Maintain and manage computer systems and networks.
- Document internal procedures and prepare reports on support activities.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new systems and equipment.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience Level:0–2 years of experience in technical support or a related role.
- Skills and Competencies:Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Skills and Competencies:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits:Customer-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Working Conditions:Willingness to work in a team environment and adapt to various IT tasks.
