Internship Overview

Work Setup: 90% Remote / 10% Onsite (BGC, Taguig – quarterly engagements & occasional travel)

Duration: 300–600 hours

Schedule: Monday–Friday, at least 40 hours/week

Compensation: Monthly allowance, unlimited commissions, bonuses, raffles

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and other platforms (local & global).
• Use ATS and cloud-based recruitment tools to manage candidate records.
• Conduct market research and background checks.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and perform admin tasks.
• Attend team meetings, support onboarding, and meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in HR, Psychology, or related program.
• Able to complete 300–600 hours with 40 hrs/week availability.
• Strong English communication, research, and Canva/social media skills.
• Proactive, goal-driven, and team-oriented.
• Own laptop/desktop and stable internet.
• Willing to work mostly remote with occasional onsite activities.
