Job Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to handle customer inquiries related to products, orders, billing, and account concerns. The role focuses on providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering excellent customer service.

This position is open to fresh graduates and candidates with or without BPO experience. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
• Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Follow company policies and quality standards
• Ensure a positive customer experience at all times

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Senior High School Graduate
• With or without BPO experience
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Good English communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite
• Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
