● Ensures proper management of labor and equipment resources to cover all customer needs and maximize utilization objectives.
● Solves operational concerns raised by his subordinates.
● Manages and supervises the entire Service teams.
● Formulates strategic plans in order to meet sales targets.
● Performs project monitoring from conceptualization to closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in service management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
