JOB OVERVIEW


The Sales Executive’s main responsibility is to drive revenue by identifying opportunities, negotiating sales agreements, and closing deals. They build and nurture strong client relationships, prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations targeted to client needs, and ensure win-win agreements in fulfilling their F&B requirements. They initiate seamless coordination between the client and the executing teams (Catering & Events, Commissary), guaranteeing that all necessary preparations and set-up are detailed and done according to the Event Order. These efforts should all ultimately lead to the achievement of the company’s sales targets.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Serve as the main point of contact between company and client (corporate or individual), responding quickly and effectively to inquiries and resolving client concerns
  • Create and compile detailed and accurate proposals, quotations, and other relevant documentation for clients and for formal bidding procedures as required
  • Negotiate terms of sales and agreements, resolving objections, and closing sales with clients
  • Proactively research client needs to serve existing clients and approach new ones
  • Establish and maintain relationships with fellow suppliers (e.g. venues and other vendors)
  • Coordinate with executing teams to ensure complete details and instructions in the Event Order, including set-up, menu, guest profile and number, and other requirements
  • Create reliable financial reports and collect payments in a timely manner
  • Ensure cost efficiency by remaining within allotted budgets
  • Maintain a working knowledge of event trends and market needs


JOB QUALIFICATIONS


  • College graduate, preferably a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Marketing, Business Administration, and similar programs
  • At least 1-2 years experience in events, sales and/or business development, preferably in the food & beverage industry
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
  • Driven and detail-oriented
  • Personable, presentable, and with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
