Description

• Manage and organize schedules team members.
• Assist with billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain and update records and documentation, including bookkeeping and accounting tasks.
• Oversee inventory control, ensuring supplies are ordered and stocked as needed.
• Provide support for written communication, including memos, emails, and reports.

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in MS EXCEL
