- Zen Business Solutions Inc, a leading player in the Accounting & Finance industry, is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support budgeting processes.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports
- Maintain accurate general ledger accounts
- Assist with tax preparation and compliance
- Monitor financial transactions and ensure data integrity
- Collaborate with other departments for financial planning
- Permanent WFH position
- Applicants must be amenable to work either day or graveyard shift and as an Independent Contractor
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Certified Public Accountant, expertise in General Ledger, Reconciliations, Accounts Receivable, Audit, Financial Analysis, and proficiency in QuickBooks.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Preparing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing audits, and conducting financial analysis.
- Working Conditions: Work from home, Independent Contractor, Graveyard shift, applicants must have their own equipment and stable net connection at home
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
